Press Release | After three years of leading the way for high-end all-in-one systems NaimUniti gets a power increase, a performance increase, a new CD Player, a new DAC, a new transformer and launches as NaimUniti 2, available at a cost of £2795 inc VAT.

Naim releases NaimUniti 2 the natural successor to NaimUniti the original multi award-winning all-in-one system. NaimUniti has been a consistent top seller since its launch in 2009. Its performance, its classic styling and simple to use and easy to grasp proposition of starting with CD and adding music streaming from hard disk or NAS, has built a solid groundswell of fans.
NaimUniti 2 builds on the strengths of NaimUniti by increasing power output to 70 watts per channel into 8Ohms (NaimUniti 50 watts) increasing the range of loudspeakers and room sizes that can be accommodated.

NaimUniti 2 includes the latest 24bit/192kHz streaming board which, along with a change to the Burr Brown PCM1793 DAC and the complete digital PCB, delivers lower distortion, and better dynamics.
The CD transport and tray have been improved, as has the analogue board. The power transformer is also larger commensurate with the increase in power output.
