OPPO UK LTD on parallel imports in Italy

Press release | Given the problem that is being from parallel imports proposed as having 36 months of warranty and origin OPPO UK from some non official distributor, to avoid problems at all, OPPO UK Ltd and LABTEK state that:


• LABTEK is the only one Italian distributor of OPPO. There is no other official distributor. 

• The official OPPO guarantee is two years and not three as stated by non official OPPO resellers.


• Any warranty extensions, is offered by the official importer and is with the cost at charge of the importer (in this case, LABTEK).


• The standard two-year warranty as provided by OPPO UK Ltd will be exclusively for the OPPO products distributed through the official distribution network maintained by LABTEK.IT only.
In this respect, all serial numbers will be collected (as always) so that they can be controlled by the importer (LABTEK) and the manufacturer (OPPO UK Ltd) to ascertain their provenance.
 Any other serial number that is not registered from the LABTEK warehouse (and also from OPPO UK Ltd, like as sent to LABTEK), as official product imported in Italy, will not be covered by any kind of guarantee by LABTEK or OPPO UK Ltd.



Labtek and OPPO UK LTD cannot be held liable if OPPO products are being purchased from a non official registered reseller.
 All official Italian resellers can be found on oppodigital.co.uk/italy and on labtek.it/rivenditori, and will be supported by full OPPO support warranty. Please check your dealer is a fully authorised reseller before purchase.
